VR License Required in Coastal Zone

You may have read that VR Licenses are required by June 14, 2024. That date is for inland Sonoma County VR homes.

Coastal Zone VR homes have until April 10, 2025 to obtain a license.

County Ordinance 6427 – VR License is located in Section 4-205 of the County Code. Click below to view it.

The VR requirements in this ordinance do not apply until a VR home has received a VR License from Sonoma County.
