The Sonoma County Local Coastal Plan Amendment on Vacation Rental requirements is on the agenda for the April 11, 2024 meeting of the CA Coastal Commission.
The item is set for the CCC meeting on 4/11, Item “9. Local Coastal Programs (LCPs)”. It will address the proposed new county License and Permit requirements in the Coastal Zone (not the entire LCP).
